Rich Dauch

Rick Dauch

Rick is an experienced CEO and leader who has 25 years of automotive industry experience from Delphi Technologies, American Axle, Accuride, and Acument. He also has served as an officer in the U.S. Army, earning a bachelor’s Degree at West Point before earning his MS in Management and Engineering from MIT.

Bob Ginnan

Bob has more than two decades of senior finance and leadership experience in public and private equity-backed securities, most notably leading the sale of a large RV dealership network. He received his BA in Accounting and IT from The Ohio State University before earning an MBA from Ashland University.

Jim Harrington

Jim Harrington

Jim has 25 years of business, legal, accounting and HR experience, spending 15 years as SVP, General Counsel with Tenneco and Delphi Technologies. He received a BBA degree from Notre Dame in Accounting, and MBA from the University of Chicago, and Law Degree from Northwestern.

Jeff Mowry

Jeff Mowry

Jeff brings more than 25 years of automotive experience in all aspects of Information Technology, including serving in leadership roles at companies like Lordstown Motors, DaimlerChrysler, Mopar, and more. He is a graduate of the Chrysler Manufacturing Leadership program and holds a bachelor’s degree from Ashland University and a master’s degree from Central Michigan University.

Josh Anderson

Josh Anderson

Josh has more than two decades of executive experience in the EV industry leading concept, design, development and launch of Class 4 to 8 vehicles. He has a full vehicles systems background and holds 12 patents in EV/automotive strategies, construction, and design. He received his BS in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.

Ryan Gaul

Ryan Gaul

Ryan has more than 20 years of global Tier 1 automotive experience with leadership positions in the USA, Germany, and China, including EVP roles in M&A, Marketing, Business Development, Strategy, and IT. He received a BA in Philosophy from the University of Missouri, Columbia.

Stan March

Stan has served in executive positions for more than 15 years at companies ranging from multi-industry conglomerates to global semiconductors and clean technologies, most notable helping execute a $2.3 B Swiss IPO fo Landis + Gyr. He received his BS in General Engineering from West Point and an MS in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Kelly Kiger, VP Sales

Kelly Kiger

Kelly brings over 20 years of sales experience in the heavy truck and transportation industry. Prior to Workhorse, she was Director of Leasing Sales for Mack Trucks, and has held sales roles with Volvo Trucks, Gilbarco Veeder-Root, and Enterprise Holdings. She has a bachelor’s from University of North Carolina Greensboro and MBA from North Carolina State University.

George Petropoulos

George Petropoulos

George has over 20 years of fleet sales experience including leadership roles at REV Group’s ambulance division, and Harley-Davidson’s police and fleet sales. He retired as a Major from the U.S. Army after 20 years of service and multiple deployments. He holds a bachelor’s from University of Wisconsin and a master’s from University of Phoenix. 

Dave Bjerke

Dave Bjerke

Dave brings an extensive expertise in Chief Engineering roles to Workhorse, most notably a purpose-built Chevrolet SSR, MV-1 Mobility Vehicle for the US Secret Service, as well as an armored tactical truck for US Special Forces. He received a BSME and MBA from the University of Cincinnati.

Brad Hartzell

Brad brings more than 20 years of manufacturing experience from the Tier 1 Automotive Supplier sector to Workhorse, most notably manufacturing operations that supplied Mercedes-Benz, GAC-Fiat, GM, Ford, DAF, Mahindra, and many more. He received his BBA in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.

Scott Loomis, Vice President, Quality and Aftersales Support at Workhorse

Scott Loomis

Scott brings over 35 years of experience in systems and quality engineering, supplier quality management, and plant operations including leadership roles at Hitachi Astemo and General Motors. He holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Phoenix, a master’s in Lean Manufacturing Operations from Kettering University, and a MBA from New York Institute of Technology.

Jim Peters

Jim has extensive executive experience at both automotive OEM and Tier 1 levels, including almost 20 years at the former Chrysler Corporation. He received his BA in Business from Michigan State University.
